work out, how much stone you need

During installation the corners and edges of a surface almost always need cut pieces, and random-size stone is trimmed to fit. So we add an allowance to make sure you don't run short halfway through the job.

Formula

Standard size (+3%)

10 m² → 10.3 m²

Random size (+5%)

10 m² → 10.5 m²
